VIVO Healthcare offers numerous programs for skilling students to make them excel by leaps and bounds in their careers within the healthcare sector. VIVO aims to further promote this by working in conjugation with corporates. We have emerged as the preferred choice amongst numerous organizations for their CSR initiatives.
We proactively work with corporates for creating and executing strategies aligned with their corporate social responsibility objectives. These include operating ambulances, skilling the unemployed youth, conducting training for rural healthcare workers, carrying out road safety initiatives, and creating health awareness for children and women. Our Latest CSR Implementation Activities:
Project: Alliance India and VIVO Healthcare partnered to execute a path-breaking initiative of training Transgender to become First Responders and enabling them to save lives.
Challenge: Our society has been following certain myths in treating emergencies. Eradicating those myths and making the participants learn new skills was a big challenge.
Solution: Participants became aware of first aid techniques and gained confidence to handle medical emergencies and saves lives.
Project: To provide skill development training to women, aims to empower them by skilling and enabling employment in the healthcare sector as General Duty Assistant.
Challenge: Students lack financial support and the adequate skills to get placement opportunities in healthcare institutions.
Solution: Apollo Munich partnered with VIVO Healthcare and offered scholarship to students for providing skill-based vocational training in healthcare sector as General Duty Assistant.
Project: To provide skill development training to underprivileged/unemployed SC/ST youths and enable employment in the healthcare sector as Medical Laboratory Technician.
Challenge: Students lack financial support and the adequate skills to get placement opportunities in healthcare institutions.
Solution: Pawan Hans Limited partnered with VIVO Healthcare and offered scholarship to students for providing skill-based vocational training in healthcare sector as Medical Laboratory Technician.
Project: To provide skill development training to youth and enable employment in the healthcare sector as Dialysis Technician, Radiology Technician, Medical Laboratory Technician, General Duty Assistant, Home Health Aide.
Challenge: Students aspire to be medics, however are unable to study as they lack financial support and adequate skills to get placement opportunities in healthcare organizations.
Solution: PTC Foundation Trust partnered with VIVO Healthcare and offered scholarship to students for providing skill-based vocational training in healthcare sector as Dialysis Technician, Radiology Technician, Medical Laboratory Technician, General Duty Assistant, Home Health Aide.

Project: To provide skill development training to students, thus making them specialize in VIVO X-Ray Technician course.
Challenge: Students lack financial support and the adequate skills to get placement opportunities in healthcare institutions.
Solution: Nihchal Israni Foundation partnered with VIVO Healthcare and offered scholarship for providing skill-based vocational training in X-Ray Technician to students.
Project: To provide skill development training to students, thus making them specialize in VIVO Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), General Duty Assistant (GDA), and Dialysis Technician (DT) courses.
Challenge: Students lack financial support and the adequate skills to get placement opportunities in healthcare institutions.
Solution: SBI Cards partnered with VIVO Healthcare and offered scholarship for providing skill-based vocational training in 3 particular courses, namely EMT, GDA, and DT, to students.
Project: ‘Save The Girl Campaign’, an initiative by Delhi Police and sponsored by Select City Walk, aimed at providing first aid, basic health, and self defense training to more than 8,000 school girls in Delhi. The objective of the project was to teach girls to ‘SAY NO TO FEAR’
Challenge: Lack of awareness among school girls about what to do in the event of a medical emergency.
Solution: VIVO Healthcare trained school girl participants on how to deal with minor and major medical emergencies such as soft tissue injuries, cuts and wounds, impaled objects, fractures and dislocation, splinting and bandaging, choking, fainting, etc. The training provided will help them in handling medical emergencies at home and school as well as in locations where no immediate expert medical help is available.
Project: ‘Road Safety Initiative’ by Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd. (NTBCL) to train 10,000+ Police personnel and school children.
Challenge: Lack of first aid awareness among individuals (School Children and Security Personnel) in the event of road accidents.
Solution: VIVO Healthcare trained more than 10,000 police personnel and government school children in different medical emergencies commonly observed in road accidents as well as in day-to-day life. Along with training, all NOIDA Police Control Room (PCR) vans were equipped with state-of-the-art VIVO first aid kits and cervical collars.
Project: ‘Pregnancy and Neonatal Care’ workshop to train mid-wives or “dais” in Dharuhera Village area in do’s and don’ts of pregnancy and delivery as most of the child births in these areas happen at home.
Challenges: Lack of medical emergency infrastructure in this region
Cultural reservations and language issues.
Solution: As part of creating awareness among mid-wives by HERO Motocorp, VIVO Healthcare developed and implemented a separate module on Pregnancy and Neonatal Care to train the mid-wives on how to handle child birth.
Project: ‘First Aid Training Workshop’ conducted at 100 government schools in Rajasthan in association with IL&FS Education & CAIRN India.
Challenges: Lack of medical emergency infrastructure in the region.
Solution: VIVO, ILFS & Cairn: joined hands to provide Basic First Aid Training to students, teachers and support staff to manage medical emergencies and disaster situations.
Project: ‘Skill Development Program’ to train young people with the skills required for employment in the healthcare industry by IL&FS Education & CAIRN India.
Challenge: Job seekers lack the skills required to be hired.
Solution: VIVO Healthcare, IL&FS Education & CAIRN India joined hands to provide life skills through VIVO’s EMT training program.
